So how can the loot be anything random? So you roll once for an engram to even drop, and once again when you break it down with the cryptarch right? And even then you are rolling 2 more times for the weapons abilities. So 4 "random" number rolls (correct if I'm wrong). Very frequently i breakdown a couple blue engrams that turn out to be EXACTLY the same. Same gun, same perk rolls. How is this?
