Best way to get legendary armor?

1 ReplyOk, so you can get to level 31 by buying vendor gear. To do that, you just need to do the daily bounties and level up either your faction or vanguard rank. Also, when you hit 30/31 you can do the nightfall which gives a chance to roll legendary or exotic gear. Best of luck!

Do your weekly heroics an nightfall, level up your factions to gain packages from them after hitting rank three an beyond, earn your marks through strikes to gain gear from vanguard vendors, and then lastly you have your raids, level 27 for Vault of Glass an at least 31for Crota's End.
