What's the most common way of dying in crucible?

Killed my someone els

Throw a grenade at a wall and die

Blink off the map

Blow your self up with rockets

Forgot there was a wall there (which Is my favorite)

JUMP ON THE MIDDLE PLATFORM ON SHORES OF TIME AND MISS

Please vote that way I can conduct more research on why people do this and how to fix these problems in my 3 step, [i]How not to kill yourself [/i] by me. Also comment if you have any other or special ways of dying in crucible Please, all research and money made goes straight to the [i]Sloth space program[/i]

that stupid Shores middle platform...smh even worse is coming from A and you try to jump up to B and get bumped by a teammate in mid-air...MISADVENTURE!!
