Iron Banner/Crucible - why does it not re-spawn your team sometimes?
Why during crucible control matches (and Iron banner) does it sometimes refuse to spawn your entire team sometimes? Usually it gives the other team (whoever is still alive) free reign to grab all the control points unopposed?
Is it a design mechanic or a glitch?
