I've always wondered what the view from inside other Helms would look like (like if you were wearing them). Much like the HUD in ODST, it was reminiscent of the actual look of the player's helmet, but very lightly ghosted so it doesn't take too much away from vision. I realise this would be A LOT of work and some of the helm views would have to be completely re-imagined (Helm of Saint-14, Insurmountable Skullfort, Unyielding Casque are a few that come to mind - not to mention MOST of the RoboCop-esque Hunter helms and various Warlock ones as well)
I imagine the ATS/8 ARACHNID allowing for a "Spidey-sense" to better warn of approaching enemies by flashing on edge of the player's HUD (as opposed to the radar in the top left of every screen). The Glasshouse would show an almost prismatic view (again lightly ghosted in, so it's not annoying to look at) -- perhaps the option to turn off different HUD views for those that don't like them.

Just a thought...

That would be awesome man! However we all know that would be too much work, time and money.
