What I wanted to ask is this. With every class and subclass if you try and melee something with your ability and don't hit anything, the ability is able to be used again, this doesn't apply to the gunslingers throwing knife. If you miss with it you have to wait for the recharge....why? And please don't say the knife is op, it really isn't it...
