I thought House of Winter where only on Venus, but why Naksis (that miniboss Fallen Captain that appears at the end of the 3rd horde of enemies while Dinklebot is deactivating the mesh layers in The Devil's Lair strike on Earth) wear a blue cloak with House of Winter emblem and is listed belonging to it via killcam? I just don't understand, maybe House of Winter has someday leaded or helped House of Devils, or is just a bug?
