Scariest things to ever happen to you?

As the tittle says what is the scariest thing to ever happened to you? This is a new version of the bungie.old's creepiest things to ever happen to you.(Since threads have not carried over) I give the owner of the original thread all credit. Mine would have to be when I was 5 I fell in a pond me and my parents were fishing at and almost died from drowning because I could not swim at the time.

    • Was messing around faking martial arts with my brother. I kicked him in the throat on accident and he couldn't breath for nearly a full minute. I thought I killed him. Then, he rose, sacktapped me and ran. Scary... and painful.

I've had three guns pulled out on me. One of them being SWAT with a tactical mossberg with the light shining straight at me.

When I was like 5 years old I missed the bus home for the very first time. I was sitting in the principal's office for like a half-hour before he drove me and a few other kids home. Nothing to get scared about really, but it was freaky for me at the time.

Jumped off of 20ft trees into about 5 ft of snow. Realised after I had jumped, that there was barbed wire, nails, and rather pointy sticks in the snow.... not safe. That was flipping scary. EDIT: For the record on the Ski group one, I think I was 8 or 9 at the time, and very, very short and light for even that age. One time Skiing (with a ski group) the wind was so strong I almost got pushed off the back of a mountain. Then (on the same run) they let a Student make the trail, and he almost lead us into an undergroud river. After that, we went down a Black daimond, but because I was so small I couldn't keep up, and they couldn't hear me yelling over the blizzard we were in. I was lost, on a mountain I didn't quite know, in a blizzard with winds that could push me UP the mountain. Needless to say, I was scared to hell. Eventually, I did make it down the mountain (meeting up with my brother halfway, who'd turned around to look for me and found me missing.) and we ski'd down to the bottom. Once we got inside, we found all of them having hot chocolate. The instructors didn't even come looking for me.

About over a year ago I got into my first and only car accident. I was driving home from work in the snow and my lost control when I hit a turn. The car ran into a utility pole and the passenger was completely torn into. Luckily for me I didn't hurt anyone and the pole was recently put up. If it was an older pole it could of came down onto my car. Since it was my first time driving in the snow I should of taken it much slower. http://i.imgur.com/nlXZu.png

            • Breaking bones is always a bit scary. The last time (this past summer) was my elbow, in which I almost snapped my arm in half falling off my mountain bike.
