First of all, I'm not sure Bungie ever made an official statement saying that HoW would be released on "this date" (meaning an actual release date before May). That being said: They want to make it work as good as possible and take their time before it launches. Too many video game companies rush games and DLCs these days. The result is that we end up getting more bugs and sometimes it can be game-breaking. GTA5 suffered badly from rushed DLCs, especially since they didn't fix all of the bugs before loading something else into the game (with even more bugs that needed to be fixed). I think people who play that game are still waiting for Heists....lol. Plenty of other games suffered from rushed DLC content too, including Skyrim, which wasn't "fixed" until much later, after all the DLCs were released. People need to stop wanting everything "right NOW" and learn to wait.
