Hey, I just realized that my muscles don't hurt from a board practice we had at wrestling a week ago. If you were wondering what a board practice was it's when you have to do all of the things on the board then you're done with practice. You don't have to do them in order. This practice consisted of:
500 crunchies
500 push-ups
100 pull-ups
A ladder to five and back.
2 matches
50 stand and cuts
50 of your #1 take down
50 of your # 2 take down
100 jumpies
Then the thing that we had to do last was 200 jump ropes in a row without missing and if you missed you start the jumping over.
This practice was so much fun.
