[/b] The best comparison is the Carbine. Is this similar to the Green Separatist Phantoms we saw in Halo 3? Is this Covenant organization changed its color configuration because they oppose the normal Covenant? Also, the Storm Rifle is the replacement for the Plasma Rifle, and it is blue. Edit: It appears Purple, but that could be an exception. There is also a Grunt called the Storm Grunt, alluding to weather/rain/lightning related names. Discuss. [Edited on 06.22.2012 5:35 PM PDT]
