Hey Bungie:(

Hi I love DESTINY, I have problem like lot of people who play your game DESTINY and pay lot of money for game and extensions and to have all this problems, and please don't blame anymore Xbox and Microsoft because I know and you know problem is on your end and I know you or someone is working on solution for this bad problem but this is to much and I think Bungie need to inform people and address issues with game Please , after calling Xbox support and ATT U-VERSE ISP provider and resetting my Xbox and changing 3 routers and all other possibilities ,so after talking with people from Xbox one support I decide to send Xbox for service and see what is problem, any other games no problem and no disconnect and no codes only when I play destiny. Router brand & model number :ARRIS NVG589 No known problems How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 XBOX ONE Wired or wireless (for each console): WIRELESS AND WIRED Things you have tried: resetting router, call Xbox support, call ISP AT&A U-verse,3 brand new routers , Att contractors in my house for 3 hours. Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown- YES Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? NO NAT ERROR,OPEN Any Error Codes you encounter: WEASEL, only when I play Destiny, other games no problem Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider):AT&T U-verse turbo max ,download speed 23mbps,upload speed-3mbps

  • I think there is a general misconception that end-user equipment is to blame for a lot of Destinys error codes and KtO's etc. Your ISP is not to blame (ok, maybe a bit, indirectly). Your router is not to blame. Your Xbox is not to blame. Everything about this game is server-side. Your weapons, shaders, bounty progress. Everything. The slightest jitter on your connection, traffic elsewhere on the network, server load, even cold weather can cause packet loss. Too much packet loss and boom, your're kicked. Other games don't suffer so much for any number of reasons; superior netcode, less suscepability to packet loss, better server-side hardware. In short, it's not your fault, or anything you do. It's Bungie and whoever provides their servers and connection to the "outside world".
