Flawless raider glitch
Our fire team just completed crota on normal with no deaths and we did not get the achievement. No one left or lagged out. We were all there from start to finish. Several hours wasted.

I just got mine to show up by following these steps: Click start button Go to settings Hover over log out and select switch profile Log back in same character When I returned to orbit it unlocked
