Digital VS Disc
I currently have destiny on a disc, and I have the upgrade for dark below. I am tired of having to swap the disc when the wife or kids want to play Diablo III. If I buy the digital copy and sell my actual disc do I have to uninstall and reinstall. Will I have to uninstall the expansion and reinstall that as well.
Will I lose my saved guardians?

If you buy a digital copy you will not have to re download the game and DLC if they are on the console. Characters are on the destiny servers and you will not loose them. Not changing the disc isn't worth the extra money

If you purchased your season pass from the in game store, you'll still have it. Just makes make sure to purchase the digital edition from the same region of where you purchased the season pass from. Also, all that would be required of you is to install the digital version. There shouldn't be a need to reinstall anything else. Hope this helps.
