Android Vault vs. iOS Vault, a minor difference that makes Android tedious

I have an LG Lucid2 and an iPad 2. I use the Destiny app between them pretty evenly. When you click on, say, Primary Weapons, and move one to the vault, the iOS version returns you to Primary Weapons when you click back. The Android version takes you all the way back to the Guardians tab. It makes moving large amounts of items/weapons/etc a lot more tedious than it needs to be. Of course, I can just use my iPad for the vault feature, but I think it's something that should be addressed. A minor grievance at best. Edit- so it seems using the android's back button works the same way the in-app button works on iOS. I can see the benefits to having a guardian button in addition to the back button, this topic has been solved for me. Thank you guys!

  • On your Lucid, are you using the back button at the top left (app function) or the back button which is part of the Lucid (bottom left?).

  • I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and after clicking move to vault I hit the back button and it takes me back to my inventory for whatever I've chosen, primary, special, hands feet head chest ext.. doesn't take me back to the guardian thingy.

  • Nice Feedback! I don't know if this is actually a bug or just a difference between the versions, but I'll leave this in #help. Cheers!

  • The android version doess to. Use the actual back button on your device insted of the arrow in the upper left corner. My android takes me back to primaries. You gotta remember that idevice doesnt have a back button like we do so there back arrow in the app takes them back a screen. Android back arrow is on the device itself so we can just go back.

    • Android 5.0 on the S5 helpfully moves your gear into the ether IF you can even get passed the error screen.
