Idea Overhaul for Destiny (post here)

OK, this is not [i]nearly[/i] everything I want to see changed or added to Destiny, but I want to touch on the exploration aspect of it for a bit. I think Destiny would be a FAR better game with more exploration and diversity. Imagine gearing up with 2-4 friends just to go on a planet and patrol for an hour or so and have actual fun! I want patrol to be open, diverse, fun, big and open. Destiny is not an RPG, open world MMO. Its medium scale, exploration, FPS. With that being said, Bungie can wing its way into this with the power of Xbox One and PS4. Sadly, Destiny could have been an EPIC RPG, but ya know...Activision. My opinion is have Bungie add a huge DLC that puts in 3 more vicinities in each planet (or ideas for Destiny 2). Hear me out folks- Old Alaska, Earth -7 Patrol areas that connect with one another (like as is). -Lobbies of 10 per patrol area (seamlessly join without loading screen) -Diverse exploration >Dungeons with bosses guarding a loot chest >Bosses drop loot based on your level (as is) >Buildings to explore - Dead ghosts, archives, terminals, ghost missions (side quests) >Underwater caves (like far cry 4) >Map upgrades available at a new vendor called the [i]Explorer[/i] (He sits in the cantina under FWC) -More planetary materials to upgrade guns (increases playtime and decreases flying through levels) (can also look on map to find material spots if you bought that perk from the vendor for glimmer) -Forrest, mountainous, and grasslands (different terrain for different regions) [u]Chinese Space Colony, Moon[/u] (starting point, can go outside into the moons wilderness) -Caves, caverns and ravines to explore deep within the Moons surface. Teeming with hive, and fallen. -Boss fights that randomly spawn in different locations so you can't farm -New materials for upgrades >Helium filaments >Moon rock >Comet shards >Iron deposits >[b]Old weapon node[/b] (extremely rare, but has the ability to fill an entire weapon node without any materials) (spawns in completely random locations that are very difficult to get to, and can't bee seen with a naked eye) -American Space colony to explore (abandoned, but could be a nice grimoire booster area) >dead ghosts, terminals, old computers from the golden age, USB drives [u]African Research facility, Venus[/u] -Lush jungle with lava hazards, volcanic rock with overhanging trees, vines, exotic plants >Volcanic planes (pretty flat, but fields of lava, volcanic rock plates and formations) >Dense jungles (Abandoned facilities, minor colonies, ore mining factories) -Teeming with Vex and Fallen >facilities with dead humans and fallen bosses to get nice loot >Vex bosses to get nice loot >caves with loot chests and planetary materials -New upgrade materials >Acid extract (Found in certain plants) >volcanic glass (found in volcanic planes) >Obsidian fragment (Found in volcanic region) >Nitrogen viles (found in labs, facilities and dead researcher bodies) [u]Abandoned Guardian outpost, Mars[/u] -Barren deserts, dry planes, canyons, dormant volcano's, Vex Citadels >Desert Wilderness (Relic iron and dispair is all you'll find out here) >Canyons (Interesting caves laced with Cabal militants trying to set up incognito outposts >Dormant volcano's (A massive Cabal military station that has yet to be explored) (Vanguard's don't know about it, thus new story missions) >Vex Citadels (Every minute, the vex are trying to turn Mars into a machine) -New planetary upgrade materials >relic iron >steel plating >[b]Old weapon node[/b] >comet ice Of course, with all these new missions, patrols, strikes, vendors and exploration comes a new upgrade tree for weapons and armor. [b]I want everyone to elaborate, or post YOUR ideas for the future of Destiny. I can see GREAT potential in Destiny and I want to see it thrive. Its too empty right now though[/b]
