Upgrade to XBONE fro 360
Good afternoon,
I just purchased Xbox one with the understanding I could upgrade my Destiny characters for free. I see I can download The Dark Below expansion from the store which I did, but I can't seem to play Destiny as I bought the game with the disc. How would I make this work with the disc version?

1 ReplyThe offer you're referring to is the [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/7_Where-can-I-get-info-about-the-Destiny-next-gen-di/en/Help/Article/12122]Destiny Digital Upgrade[/url][/b] program. This is only referring to digital purchases of Destiny, that were purchased before January 15th 2015 for the full game. The only thing that will transfer over now (after the deadline), is the DLC either through the Expansion Pass or just purchasing Expansion I. Your characters will move over no problem, as long as you're using the same gamertag as they were originally created on, but you will have to repurchase the copy for the full game on your Xbox One.
