Tender from being scrubbed with a washcloth? Is the washcloth made of sandpaper or is the childs skin that delicate (or unaccustomed to being scrubbed)?
I will admit that this is a strange one, but really doesn't smell right and I don't know if it is the child, the parents, or the school.

Should have just had one of those play days where everyone runs around outside and there are lots of games that involve throwing water at each other and spraying people with hoses. Would have cleaned him enough.
