They've reduced suppression quite a bit since then. You'll also noticed that he was using a spec that increases the suppression effect on his, and his squad's, bullets. This effect was absurdly powerful in the last patch, thanks to the already-high suppression effect amount. Also, lol at anyone that uses Metro CQ as an example to try and prove [i]anything[/i].
