Anytime that I take a piece of gear from my vault using the app, all the already unlocked upgrade nodes on that piece of gear get the little '+' icon indicating that I just unlocked that upgrade node even when I've already upgraded that node... This does not affect gun/armor performance in any way that I can tell but it's a bit annoying having to inspect each weapon and hover over literally every single node to make those '+' icons go away. I am on xbox 360 if it matters. Also I have never tried it from the website, only from the mobile app. If you want me to try it from the website just let me know.
