Let's be honest here the Mulligan perk on several scout rifles and snipers is pretty much useless due to the fact that about 5% of bullets missed come back I believe a great buff would be somewhere around 20 to 25% I note that it's not that high because well the super good advice has that special perk and I guess you guys don't want it to seem overpowered but who the hell uses super good advice anyways All of us guardians have found a sniper rifle or a scout rifle with pretty good perks until you come across one with this perk I have been forced to dismantle several legendary guns was semi-decent perks because of this it is a waste of a slot and I know that many other guardians have had to too Bump this Guardians, I believe this perk can be so much more than what it is now
