Explosive rounds on a sniper rifle
So earlier today I was running through Roc strikes and I happened to come across this sniper rifle. I have never seen a sniper with explosive rounds and I was wondering if anyone happens to know if this perk was good on snipers.

Got Another nitc last week with explosive rounds and firefly. Decent range and total carnage.

People tend to not like explosive rounds at all since it seems more effective to have firefly against most enemies, unless they lack a weak point like Minotaurs. I personally think it's cool, it has a different use that someone will appreciate. I'd look out for this one if my vault wasn't full :[
