I'm so awkward
I'm so socially awkward I even get nervous when people invite me to a game lol. Please tell me I'm not the only one that feels like hiding under a blanket when they get an invite. Or someone tries to talk to me.

I don't like talking to people myself but mainly just cause I don't like talking to people. Most people that I've come across has annoyed me with one or two exceptions.

Just stop worrying and just do it. I used to be introverted but I began burning myself whenever I felt I was getting nervous. Now I have lots of friends, and burn marks all over myself.

Whatever makes up you, let the world know it and be proud of it. Talk about what interests YOU. When people know you they accept you, and if they don't...-blam!- them! But don't make a big deal about it because there are other people that will accept you. Also don't drown people in you. You're not the only person, be sure to listen just as much as the next guy. This will make you a social person.

Well, mostly around just some people. But when I am around those people, I get extremely shy.

I was, and still am, shy around people. Eventually, I stopped caring so much about what others thought of me, which was a big part of my shyness; I always overanalyzed and worried if I was bothering someone just by talking to them, and it just made me feel awkward having conversations with people. But I just put myself out there, talking to people, little by little, and now I can handle conversing with others. I won't usually start conversations, but I don't have a problem continuing them. It's a social world, and like it or not you're gonna have to speak to people.
