Edit: I get that these still have a form of RNG but with their specified tasks that still have to be accomplished give them a truer form of "earnsmanship." Yes I'm making that a word.
Here is the list:
Thorn
Bad Juju
Pocket Infinty
Invective
Super Good Advice
Vex Mythoclast
Necrochasm
These are the weapons that have specific tasks that have to be accomplished before you can acquire the weapons.
And lastly, any weapon bought from Xur.
You complete your weekly heroic, earn your coins, then purchase something you want. That's how the real world works.
Getting a Gjallahorn going 2-32 in crucible, pulling a Hawkmoon out of a raid chest, having the cryptarch decode a purple engram into a Suros Regime, these are not ways of earning a weapon. This is called LUCK. The life blood of an RNG system. So stop saying you "earned" your Ice Breaker when you joined a Roc strike at the very end and put one bullet into Rockets McDickface.
Edit 2: After seeing lots of posts of getting the vex and necrochasm off I've decided that, no, I won't do that. Yes, they are RNG drops but I still think that they are different from some random crucible drop or engram roll because you still have some control over it. Just my opinion.

But getting 17 strange coins is WAY to easy. You can easily get that in a week. If they bumped up xurs prices everything would be fine.
