Just played the heroic story, and, again, did not get my reward. And it is not like i started the mission 10 or 15min before reset, i was well into the mission upon reset and actually would have finished on time if i wasn't killed by the fricking architects (aka a bug we don't know how to or wont fix). This has happened to me before and frankly it sucks. Ok, I understand that like many other things in this game your reset system makes no logical sense and can cancel out already active instance with an already set reward (still don't see why they would even interfere, not like you could have built it to function like bounties that don't reset when the bounty list does, but i don't know maybe that's asking too much). If you cant fix your mistakes can you atleast make things to better help us deal with them, for example if im in the middle of a heroic that is about to reset or has reset, could you create something to inform me that my rewards have been prematurely cancelled so i can just quit and not keep wasting my time. thanks, Disgruntled Gamer
