BEST RIFLE IS...
Coiled Hiss 1919 - 0.94s kill speed
Three Little Words - 1.1s kill speed
Red Death - ?
Source - I timed each pulse rifles bullet per second
I have not tested the Red Death but it seems that faster ROF pulse rifles benefit more from the patch. Red death has uniquely a fast ROF for it's impact so it is possibly the fastest killing pulse rifle.

Kills in 2 bursts to head so how ever fast you can get 2 bursts off

My titans warlock is probably most op thing I've ever had in crucible, and to top it off my gun is ULTRA rare for people to have in there inventory . Check primary on my Titan ;) better stats the. Red death my landslide.

You can't purchase it anymore but I love super pox always used to be good but with the update has become pretty awesome :)
