Bug: Dislike button displays empty message box.
Recently on the Bungie.net forums I've noticed that when clicking on the Dislike button/Down Vote button An Empty Message box simmliar to the ones that say (Woah Patience is a virtue) pops up and the dislike doesn't count. Liking/Up voting a post still works though.
I'm currently running Google Chrome Version 37.0.2062.120
Update: It works normally if you read the post but if you try to dislike it from the main forum page it still displays the empty box
