Random, but I'm on my lunch break and I realize that we've never played as a legit team. First, we don't have enough members feel free to invite those worthy(in a sense that they are willing to help another when in need, even when the one helping will not receive rewards; assuming they've completed said mission.) they'll be approved. It will make it easier on all of us because we can avoid the a**holes. Second, as a legitimate group we can help improve each other's game and become a strong individual allowing each and one of us to boost the overall rating of our fireteam. Don't hesitate to ask questions in the middle of a raid, strike or crucible match. If you don't understand or see any reason why we are doing something a certain way as oppose to another, let us know. We are here to help each other out so we can make Destiny a blast and less of a stressor. If you want to try to be the swordbearer or learn to be a relic holder or anything relate, let us know and we will teach you. Finally, the goal is to raid as brothers(yes it's corny). I want all our members to take any responsibility needed in a raid, strike, crucible match, etc. The more our members know what to do the faster will achieve our goal. We all have bad days, for example; if I am the the primary sword bearer or relic holder or the one in charge of the game plan, and I'm not on point, I'll be dragging and wasting everyone's time. That being said we can alternate positions so we can each function in the manner of a well oiled machine. As of now we should raid together (for obvious reasons this may be difficult but we can arrange meetings and increase our overall group numbers as a solution) and practice each position. Not one person will know more than the other. It will take time but it can be accomplished. Side-Note: all our members should be friends to maximize the efficiency. Keep recruiting! P.s.
