(Please read each game mode description before voting, it's not long I promise, thank you.) I came up with some new game types for the Crucible, most of these game types were inspired by popular community suggestions. Each of the game modes are explained below in order. Click the spoiler boxes for additional information on the nearby game type. Capture the Flag
When the opponents flag is carried, the holder is shown equipped with the flag in third person. This uses most of the Sword Mechanics seen in the story mission: Sword of Crota, and can be used as a weak melee weapon.

Fireteams of 6 compete against each other in large scale maps. Each team has one flag they must defend, accompanied with the goal of retrieving the opponent's flag. Each flag capture is worth one point and can only be obtained once the enemy flag is at your base. Three points to win.
Relic Holder
The Relic behaves very similar to the Relic used in the Vault of Glass and can be dropped player to player.

This game mode requires two Fireteams of six and is played on large scale maps. Both teams get one Relic for their team to use, The Relic holder is tasked with the job to protect their team and keep the shield alive in play. When the shield is dropped, a teammate must pick it up within 12 seconds; Enemy players cannot wield their opponents shield. First team to separate the enemy team from their relic wins.
Multi-Team
Multi-Team is played much like Control but instead has three Fireteams of three players pit up against each other.

Three Fireteams are up against each other in a game of Control. Each team is designated near Control Zone A, B, or C. Earn points through kills depending on amount of zones controlled. The team with the highest number of points wins.
Arsenal
This game type is much like the 3v3 Skirmish and uses similar principles. Melee abilities are removed but the basic melee can still be used.

Arsenal is a six vs six game mode where each team member can only be revived through another teammate a total of three times. Super abilities and Melee abilities are removed in this game mode, so players will rely more heavily on the weapons and skill they bring to battle. First team to eliminate all members of the enemy team wins.
Massacre
A large Free for All game where your goal is to come out on top or ensure an enemy does not. You would revive your enemies when you can no longer fight the threat ahead of you alone or when you have a Truce formed with another player. Be careful, not all enemies can be trusted. [Edit] This game mode does not allow groups made before the matchmaking, you must be a single player to enter. If a player stops attacking for a long period of time, a kill timer is placed on them until they achieve a kill.

A Hunger-Games styled free for all Death-Match where a total of 12 guardians fight for survival. Each guardian only gets one life unless revived by a competing guardian. Form truce with competitors or break them. Last Guardian Standing wins.
Arena 2v2
Teammates cannot respawn unless revived or when their teammate is killed. Teams only loose lives when both members are knocked out in combat. One point is rewarded for eliminating a pair of guardians.

Two teams of two compete against each other in a Skirmish styled match. First team to kill the enemy pair 6 times wins the match.
Any of these Ideas you like? Would you like to see any of these game modes make its way to Destiny's Crucible? What game mode would you think you'd have the most fun with? Have any additions to this list? Comment Below. Thanks for your votes and comments! I appreciate it.
