Alright guys our clan is small. So what I want you to do it to find new players at least one if not two and help them grind. Yes I said help them grind. Why? Because I want you to determine through this process if their teachable and can become good raiders. Plus the new people haven't been snatched up yet. You never know there could be a hard core gamer among them. So, I am instigating the mentor program. Each week I want you to seek out a new person and help them grind. Determine if they are a good player. If they are invite them to the clan. Not only do we now have a member that is a higher level but one we can teach to raid. So get out there and recruit. I'll be doing it too.
