Fix Heavy ammo exploit in Crucible/Iron Banner!
Can someone look into the near limitless heavy ammo glitch with shoot to loot perk in pvp?!?! Its getting old being rocketed 20 times in a row from the same jackass exploiting a game mechanic that's broken.
Edit 1: Provided a link showing someone using it in PVE, Its the same concept in PVP.

I have never once come across this in pvp. Either people use it sparingly or I just don't run across people like this. I have to admit I will be trying it in pve. :)
