Why no Elites?!?
Really? To me they're the FIRST thing of when I hear "Covenant" Also to me the campaign was...well...eh. At lead the story was. Anyone els agree?

It's the whole Elite as-ally-thing in 3. A way of sidestepping the issue. The way the Arbiter only takes on (massively weak) Heretics. I thought the story was good, but, a few nasty Elite encounters would've been really cool; whatever's happening in the overall story arc. (But then again, I keep waiting for Sires in Gears' Horde mode...just for consistency...)
