So this would be similar to firefight or campaign missions in Halo Reach where in addition to enabling a higher difficulty, you also had the freedom to enable skulls for difficulty. What if we could do the same thing in Destiny, but with Strikes? Pick your strike and then enable the modifiers you want and go out and play.
There would be rewards for completing strikes, but not too much considering someone could just constantly play with Void Burn and do it all quickly and farm like crazy. Bungie could also make bounties for unique strikes! "Complete a strike with Juggler and Solar Burn on" for example. They could make bounties that choose 2 or 3 of these at random and then you go make that strike and play it.
Would you guys like something like this? Point out other ideas or flaws you can think of!

a few of my friends were discussing this recently. we didn't think about bounties for unique strikes. that is a great idea! i use to love running laso missions on reach. firefight was a blast also.
