Destiny 2 BETA
I can’t wait for this game called [b]Destiny 2[/b] to come out, I think it’s supposed to drop some time in 2016. Anyway, I have been beta testing it for a while now and I’m really excited to see what it has in store. Normally I’m not a fan of pay to play betas and the $60 price tag was a bit much to swallow but I gotta say. They really went all out, obviously it is still full of bugs but that is to be expected at this point in development. But, bugs aside this is the best beta I’ve ever played!
My best guess is that the beta has given me access to about 20-25% of the game. I say this for a few reasons. First, the devs have stated on multiple occasions that they want to make everything you can see in the distance while in-game into playable environments. Also, they are going to need at least triple the amount of time I’ve currently spent on the story just to unscrew the twisted pattern it currently holds in my mind.
On the subject of story, you can tell they went out of the way to remove all relevant story elements from the beta. I’ll be excited to finally understand what is going on. One thing I do regret about playing the beta is now I already know where I go and what I do… I just don’t know WHY. It’s an odd thing to play a game and learn the story out of order. It has given me a bitter sweet taste for it and has built vary high expectations. Anything less than a Matrix/Inception type plot spin will fall short of making up for it.
I’ve been scouring the internet for details on Destiny 2, yet it is difficult to find any information other than when it should release. I found this quote where Dague [i](AKA Deej)[/i] stated,

This got me understandably excited! The beta loot table is completely RNG, you earn NOTHING it’s all chance. I really hope this means they are revising this mechanic before launch.

I just can't believe they are already in beta 2 years before the game is supposed to come out. I'll bet the game will come out this year, since it's in beta already! Maybe next month destiny 2 will take the place of HoW! Yay we are all so stupid. But you are an awesome person.
