I wish developers would go back to the timer instead of using instant death on the spot to punish players for faltering.
Runs feel more forced as a result. It's why I didn't like the H3 Hog run (but at least that made sense, with the platforms falling below you. The chances of encountering the instant kill was low since most platforms fell).
