Just curious because I always hear of games with shit communities lol. Randomly picked games.

Ok wait what? I thought the 'other' section would be sky rocketing because of communities like league; but destiny? Sure i guess in raids like crotas end like how everyone wanted 32s when hard came out; but i have always found better people to do raids with and i mostly ignored the other end of the spectrum, if there is any.
-
The destiny community is ok but it gets annoying that if your no lvl 32 everyone thinks your a scrub O_______O
-
As someone who plays a shit ton of LoL, I can confirm that the ranked community can be toxic to the nuclear degree.
-
I don't think Destiny is anywhere near the worst. People just be salty
-
I'm not sure Destiny has cultured a community yet. It's still going through some identity and discovery growing pains. Give it a year.
-
Just as I thought... CoD is winning by a lot lol
-
Destiny has an ok community. Other than being kicked out of raid teams because you don't have a certain gun. But that's none of my business.

Edited by El Tocadiscos PR: 2/14/2015 10:48:11 PMWhere's the option for all of the above? Also, borderlands should be replaced with LoL.
-
Why is the borderlands community up there? I mean hardly anyone there is pretty douchey
-
Tie between Destiny and CoD.
-
Lol battlelog forums are such a joke. Such elitists.
-
League of Legends... In fact any MOBA game out there, they all have really toxic communities

Edited by JHarv: 2/12/2015 8:15:43 AMi love the blizzard community. i remember playing diablo 3. things weren't working, players hit a wall in end game just the same. but some of the big name players started to post critical videos (but also very constructive) on how things could be solved and the devs absolutely followed it. I remember Kripparian talking about "Champion levels" and how it would give players something to grind for that wasn't game breaking, but still a worthy stat boost. and before you knew it, "Paragon levels" were released. The Bungie community doesn't blow, the Bnet team does because they never address anything we mention, we have a totally useless community manager who spends all his time typing out dorky little circle jerk patronizing home page stories that have nothing to do with anything "oh hey look at this one guardian nobody cares about, WHAT A COOL DUDE WHO LOVES DESTINY! YEAHHH!", and we have no idea what the plan for this game is looking forward. week after week it's just more of the same avoidant behavior from up top, while we ponder what we're still doing here. i have no idea what else i can do in this game. i have pretty much everything. i'm farming just to farm. because games. have they let us know they're planning to fix that? have they been transparent about anything they've been doing? no. they continue to fix what isn't really broken, continue to try to balance pvp or whatever in the wrong kind of way, and pve-wise (Which is the foundation of the destiny experience) is neglected. We have exotics that are worse than most legendaries, a broken glitchy boring raid, a handful of bounties that require we kill droves of thrall for the billionth time, and no sign that things are going to be changing in the coming months. well, until the next expansion and the game is like new again for a week before we're farming the next raid and more thrall bounties to level up the new exact same batch of gear that every single player is going to require. Guhh, I can't even continue to explain what I didn't want to make time to explain but ended up explaining any way, which is at least one step ahead of Bungie, who refuses to explain anything about anything, ever.

Of those. Other > WoW > Borderlands > Battlefield > CoD > Halo > Destiny
-
I heard League of Legends is wretchedly horrible
-
Lol title change
-
LoL should be on here somewhere
-
Destiny is the most cringeworthy. CoD is the most immature. LoL is the most hateful.
-
Destiny, easily.
-
Oh god, Halo Waypoint by far is the worst gaming forum I've ever visited. It's a cesspool of hatred and idiotic posts, where if you even attempt to support 343 you get called a fanboy.
-
Didn't people from the Call of Duty community send one of the Devs death threats over a gun getting nerfed?
-
I picked COD, but Destiny is pretty bad as well (my trip to #Destiny was... Unsurprising, the way it turned out). Meanwhile, the NMS Reddit community continues to thrive.
-
Battlefield. "Oh, you want to be revived? Sure! The front of this enemy tank is an ideal location!" "You got in the jet before I did? Let me just strap some c4 to that for you." "You're in my helicopter? Let me just nose dive real quick." Granted this is only with randoms, but I digress.
-
Over the past year I was surprised to discover how whiny and ungrateful the Halo community has become.
-
Destiny community can be bad on forums, but it's nothing compared to in game gta. There's usually just a group of people running around trying to kill you over nothing. They tried fixing it for less violent players and now people just run you over with cars in passive mode.

League of Legends by far. Then COD. Then Halo
