I'm trying to reserve judgement. I don't know how much auto-aim there is on consoles, but on PC it seems that unless you're rocking heat seeking bullets you might as well not even try when facing someone else using that gun. I am no stranger to FPS. This game though seems like it has some balancing issues. The run and gun parkour nature lends itself to up close and personal, the default rifle feels quite useless in the sandbox.
