Will Your Gaurdian Stay Legendary or Be Forgotten?

Deej from Bungie was asked questions from Eurogamer. One of the questions was, [quote]Will you be able to carry your progress over from the beta into the main game?[/quote] Deej replyed saying that they are not saying no, but the same applies to the answer yes. It all depends on the test and the outcome. He states that the question will have an answer reserved for another day. What do you think? Do you think we should be able to advance our characters from a test phase or start fresh from the actual start? Me personally, I wouldn't mind a little head start. That way I can work on tweaking my equipment and all my kills in cruciable are for not.
