It dropped for me last night and now I have all exotic special weapons. So how is it? I only got to empty a few clips by firing at my teammates to see how fast it fires. But I couldn't help but notice that range(or lack thereof...) even though Accurized Ballistics and hand loaded seem like it would take care of that.
