Good glimmer farming spots?
I need some glimmer since the Iron Banner weapons cost 11500 and the armour 9950. So I need some place to quickly get glimmer.

6 RepliesI play the Mars "Exclusion Zone" mission on lvl 22. Use the consumable the gives you bonus glimmer for Cabal and run through the first encounter. There's a bunch of Cabal majors and they drop a lot of the items you can turn in to the Cryptarch for 200 glimmer each plus the consumable gives you nice glimmer. Just make sure to leave one of the phalanx alive at the end or the Centurion so you can die and reset the checkpoint.

1 ReplyAlso, on Mars: Just follow the road to the right from the Patrol Mars spawn point. You'll reach a Cabal stronghold where the Vex are constantly attacking the Cabal. Pop a Resupply Code and Blue Polyphage (so you can get extra Glimmer from both Vex and Cabal), and just make a big speed-kill-circle around the whole area. You should be able to get 4-5 circuits around the area before needing to pop more of the consumables. There's Cabal Centurions, Vex Hobgoblins... and a bunch of weaker mobs as well. It'll be like robbing Scrooge McDuck...

First mission on Mars put it on level 20. Use resupply codes (if you have some ) the first enemy's you fight are about 10 imperial legionaries leave one kill your self then repeat

Venus patrol - ishtar cliffs. Reliable fallen major spawns + ether seeds. Then when the prevent vex sacrifices public event starts pop a polyphage. I use this spot alot because I'm always low on spirit bloomskies

5 RepliesOn earth there's a spot were you can kill 3 hive majors and once you kill the go up and kill the few fallen that spawn and than go back down the should keep respawning
