Why not increase
Since thanksgiving is right around the corner. Mor people will have more time to play, including casual players. So why not make the vanguard mark and crucible marks have a higher cap for the holiday. Even a modest increase would have a major increase in play time for players including my self.

Right? Why can't we have themes too? Like we should have shaders, permanent helmet vanity items, and it would be awesome to implement holiday themed sparrow and ship shaders! Hell! What if they even added weapon shaders for the holidays! Destiny doesn't Know how to run a holiday event. Not gonna lie, runescape is super good at running holiday events that add a few hours of original content multiple times per year.
