I log in to grind IB rank cause i could only finish 3 to 4 a day and i find that its gone and the door to the vendor is CLOSED!!!!!!

It just has to close when I finish the 75 point bounty I need to get my Warlok to rank 1. Well, at least you can put shaders in the vault.
