I think we would all benefit greatly if there were a system in place to submit tickets to those at Bungie who handle in-game issues.
With a game of this size and scale there are bound to be issues that require attention. Items go missing, bounties not giving credit, etc.
Whatever it may be, when a problem does occur it seems futile to post it on the help forum, which is the only place to get it seen by anyone who can help. Considering posts are sorted by popularity if you get no replies your post will be buried, along with your problem and any hopes of getting it resolved.
A ticketing system ensures that problems are recorded, seen and replied to. It doesn't ensure that the problem will be fixed, but sometimes knowing that you have been heard and that someone has taken the time to reply to you is all it takes.
Common problems would be easily met with standard responses intended for the masses while a fix is in the works, while more unique issues will get the attention they need.
For a game of this size and scale, a system like this is necessary.

2 RepliesWait your asking for a replaced item? DeeJ already acknowledged some guy before and simply said "there is nothing they can do". You mean to tell me the 5 second delay before the item was scrapped isn't enough? ADD is a pain i understand. How would you propose them replacing a digital weapon you have no proof that you had?
