3RD CLASS! & Improvements

I'll keep it simple and just make a list.(that way my passion doesn't seep out of every orifice too much). Enjoy the read -Classes 1.Defender A. Please make Titan Defender's melee ability proc when you LAND a successful punch NOT on a kill(just like warlocks). B. It'd be nice if Defenders could get a buff when other teammates use his super?(It is a support after all). I think that would make that subclass shine just as much as Striker does. Nothing TOO crazy just like the opposite buff of the one you granted or melee cool down. 2.Warlock A. I feel like treating the Sunsinger subclass like a phoenix is appropriate ...so why not give them a fire aura DOT when they revive from their super as one ability they could pick?(let's be honest here, they are constantly getting nuked on revive) B. I KNOW it's a shooter, but does anyone else feel like Sunsingers are the closest thing to a mage? I want to see ALL Warlocks casting magic missiles(grenades) a lot. 3. Hunter A. WHY ISN'T THERE A STEALTH HEAVY SUBCLASS?! (I hope it's the hunter's 3rd element type) Just get rid of stealth for Bladedancer and replace it with abilities or buffs more appropriate to a Duelist type rogue. B. Get rid of the bladedancer's regen on super and give them a special ability to dodge while moving forward(complete with animations...make it replace their grenade button?) that has a limited number of uses. That would be SWEET! and serves the same purpose while making them different. -PVP(Glorious Combat) 1. Assassinations! A. BRING THEM BACK!!**** 2. More Vehicles! A. let's us hijack them too! 3. BIG TEAM BATTLE!!! A. Revel in the chaos -Immersion 1. Beacons A. Rather than beacons on explore mode, let's get some more involvement with the games' Factions(Future War cult, Dead Orbit, New Monarchy, Vanguard).Make some outposts with where they can be found and talked to. I wanna See these Characters and factions fleshed out....see what they are working towards..their goals* . 2. Dynamic Missions A. keep the explore world and mission world together as much as possible! We should be able to cross paths with other Guardians while on missions or exploring and lend them a hand! A Guardian in need is a friend, indeed. B. Don't separate the missions with ship cut scenes! Have one lead right into the other with MEANINGFUL story, lore, and character development. Then after a string of maybe 3 missions, maybe a change of pace or break to help out the Factions of the City* 3. Races A. I want some back story in who we are....'Where did we come from?' Have it revealed to us.... a fragment of our past. Think almost like a playable prologue to our life as a guardian in this new world.(it can be the NEW and IMPROVED tutorial) 4.Public Events A. I Love these! You should add MORE with more variety! Overall these are one of my favorite aspects of the game. B. People are crying out for a MASSIVE community event, kind of like a hoard mode but to protect the city(I can imagine that the Darkness comes batting at our walls once in a while. And make it at least a SIX[6] MAN event WITH match making). Maybe it could become a fan staple of what we love about the game. -Community 1. Bounty Board 2.0 A. I think this game would benefit greatly from having a community board to post things like: "Looking for group to raid Warlock lvl 27." with your gamertag. That would be AMAZING. B. Make Clan building and recruiting in game PLEASE! Maybe Turn that lounge ship(past the docks) into a Clan hub? I am sure there is stuff I haven't touched on that maybe my community members would like to add? Let me know if you like my ideas! ^_^ Also I want to ask you guys....what kind of subclass would you like to see for the third element type for each Main class? How would it play? Here's mine! Hunter Dark Ranger Super: Void Bow(we all want to be a little like Legolas) Play style: Stealth/Support. ex: I want to see this class revive teamates, make sweet stealth kills with snipers, buff his team with poisons, etc. Warlock SkyRider Super: Bolt of Heaven(chain lightning, Giant thunderbolt) Play style: quick damage ex: every class has a quick super except for Warlocks. This would be their answer Titan Flamekissed Super: Forged in Flame Play Style: Heavy Tank ex: major damage resistance and unlimited melee power but forced to move at a slow walking pace

    We seem to be approaching some of the same aspects from two different angle here - you with classes and ours with Factions. You have some similar ideas as ones that we are presenting in the Factions Expanded post [url]http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/72178812/0/0/1[/url] and I think you may even see some you have not thought about yet. Your welcome to check it out and make any comments or suggestions you might have as it touches on many of the things your asking for here as well. Perhaps you could suggest how the presentation we have could be expanded even further with some class specific additions.       • My idea for a titan super Bull rush: he launches his body forward like 20 feet in the blink of an eye killing all enemies in his path and it leaves a trail of fire behind him Hunter super Vortex: able to place a proximity mine that when explodes creates a void vortex that sucks everyone that's near in. Warlock super Stasis beam: a beam of light that when it hits a target renders them frozen in time for a period of time

              • I approve this message. I would approve the taking stealth away from blade dancers except for vanish as it's a useful assassination tool in PvP as well as a res mechanic in PvE. As for taking it away I would only like that if they put it into the third subclass as you mentioned. Also if you have suggestions for grenades I would like to hear them. Personally I feel like hunters need a point control grenade as every class has one except hunter as well as a magnetic grenade.

                • hey thanks guys! Seriously those class tweaks....tho(As you can see I am not bias, and do not want anything nerfed...just changed). I may die from hyperventilation if any such 3rd class is close to my ideas...especially Legolas.
