Blacksmith Armor Shader
Last night I redeemed my code for the Blacksmith Armor Shader. I have yet to receive it in-game even though the code was successfully redeemed and I am already over LVL20. The NPC Tess Everis simply does not have it. I contacted Xbox live and they said the code shows as accepted and redeemed. Xbox support suggests that I contact Bungie Support. Any thoughts? Can you force it through for me? Do I have to hit 20 again on another toon?

Atleast you got your code. Thanks gamestop. Actually idk what happened it could have been anything but damn. I want the shader. Plz bungie or activision send us our shaders!

I'm having somewhat of an issue with my already redeemed shader. It has been working since I redeemed it weeks ago, but for some reason when I log on after four days of no playing, my shader says "requires purchase." Anyone able to help me with this or having the same issue?

Update: It has been two days. Still no Shader.

I say give it a day or two to process. It can take a bit for redemptions to show up in-game. Otherwise, idk.

I couldn't tell you man. I redeemed the code the day the game came out. Waitin for me my first trip to the tower. Had to wait until I was lvl 20 to use it . Honestly though, it's not like its the coolest shader ever. I was using it on my hunter, but with my current armor it makes me look like a power ranger. Im hopin it will look better on my Titan or warlock when I make them.

Same thing happened to me but on the PS4. Decided to give Sony's online customer support a try. They told me to log off then log in and restore my licences. It worked and now I have my armour. Not sure if Xbox has such a thing, but thought it might help.
