you just have it automatically signing into PSN on your computer. did the same thing, for the same reason like 30 minutes ago.
1) go to the PSN site and sign out of the old account. 2) go back and unlink and try linking the new one again.

Yeah i did what you did and tried it over and over but the sign in window would just start to open and then just close and sign in my old PSN automatically. So i went to the main site not thru bungie and signed out. Because i had the password saved and auto signing enabled it just had to be signed out of to allow the window to stay open and for me to enter my new info
