Defend the wall public event?
Wouldnt be cool if we can a huge public event.(like over 100 guardians fighting bigger than MAG if u know that game) our task would be to defend the wall of the last city on earth against a onslaught of fallen. Just wondering if anyone agrees.

Good idea but based on how the Destiny servers are with 3 people id guess that it wouldnt work.

1 ReplyBest idea ever but you are years ahead on bungie. 6 man squad on a raid and every time at least one guy gets booted. Bungie servers 60% of the time they connect perfectly every time

Great idea, however if the Rng gods ( which I would suspect them to do if this event became reality) gave us garbage loot and low level gear, I doubt people would want to play it to grind. However people who like to survive multiple (or possibly endless) waves of enemy's with 5-10 guardians at their side, then it might be quite a fun event.

Yes this is what I want for PvE not just more strikes.... Never gonna get 100 players to work on the one server though but I don't see why they couldn't get 32, That's the part I miss about the loot cave having 4-6 people around to do public events and the enemy moves against each other moments

Although a public event of that proportion is almost impossible, it would be fun.

Would definitely be crazy to see tons of Fallen rushing the wall or base and then in the back of the attacking force, a devil walker or two get dropped off by the transports.

There should be a warning sign when you're in orbit. Also, they should add an extra icon (maybe replace the Queen's Story mission icon) whee you're looking at the destinations that allows you to go the event. The attackers should be different each week (Fallen, Hive, Cabal trying to conquer Earth, Vex doing the same.)
