How is it cheating if there is no mod? Just rearranging buttons for ease of access

The playing field is no longer even when playing competitive multiplayer when modded controllers are used. the controllers ,like you said, have additional buttons and paddles so you don't have to move your thumbs off the sticks. Any one with a brain knows that it goes much further then that, single button press for drop and shoot, single button press for quick scope. Stutter fire to make power single shot weapons full auto....the list goes on

That last paragraph is all mods. I said I wouldnt get those for your reasons already listed. Really all I wanted wad to "spice" up my controller with some color or design. I was just curious what others thought of paddles. No need to give so much flack over a simple question. Ive decided to paint my spare and see how it turns out.
