Hm ok, but it is somehow hacking too! The guy is saing in the second what i posted: That the guy take all his guns and you see that everyone who comes to the lobby can't do anything. Just crazy and sad that ppl what are playing Games are so bored that they crush the experience from other ppl

Nope, that's still modding. When I used to mod, I had control over what guns people had, how fast they could move, all sorts of things that you couldn't normally do.
