Hacking and Cheating on XBox and PSN!?!?!

(Update: it looks like they can hack GTAV on PSN too) -_-
Today i have seen on Galileo a TV show by us in Austria and Germany.
The Topic was, getting hacked and mobbed in Online Gaming!!!
Then you have seen a MP part from GTAV, how someone get hacked and he Fxxked him in th A** and a couple of ppl are flying around and do some crazy breakdance stuff in the backround!
The same was reported in Mincraft, that ppl jumps in your Game when you play and taking the controlle and destroys all your stuff!!!
My question is to ppl who have an understanding of Programing and Coding:
Is it really that Easy to get hacked on Xbox Live?
And is it really that Easy to Cheat on XBox?
(All footage was only from Xbox)
Why i am asking that all?
Idk to be honest i never expected that something like that can be or will happen in Console Gaming!
That ppl wana Crush your Experience or even your Game!
My main point why i ask is because of Destiny! It is an Open World MP Game!
This could happen in Destiny too.
That's why i ask, is it Easy to Hack to Cheat!?!
And are the Servers from Bungie and Activiesen prepared for attacks!?!

16 RepliesI have chatted with a few people who hack and they have shown me a few things that they can do. Honestly most of them buy hacked accounts with hacked consoles. Most of them just spend insane amounts of money on this stuff because they do not possess the skill to do it themselves. Yes 99% of them are trolling ass clowns with daddy's credit card but every now and then you meet a cool one that just plays for fun and trolls the ones who ruin the gaming experience. I call those very select few "hacker unicorns" because when you run into them they usually do some cool stuff. I was witness to a game of cod on the 360 where this kid was using a lag switch and just ruining the game. Like 3 minutes into the game this guy joins in. Kills the kid instantly then as I'm about to report the kid his entire gt changes to what looks like script code and poof no more gt at all gone completely from the game deleted gt and from what the hacker told everyone in game. This kids hacked xbox basically red ringed from what the guy did to the gt. I was astonished and happy. I backed quickly out of the lobby before anything could happen to me.
